Is it so difficult not to rape?

Six-year old girl raped
Isn't it clear, you loser?
She is not your toy!

Written for Haiku Horizons : "clear"

Note: I write this with very extreme feelings of hatred, anger, frustration and helplessness. All lawless and godless fools are still let free. You do not know whom to trust. A country which worships women as Goddess Durga, Lakshmi, Saraswati and Parvati, rapes its own sisters and children, and kills them to spare no evidence for its sins. I'm starting to feel disgust towards men!

And entertainment media is no less! They portray women as objects. Yes, objects of pleasure. Such movies, films should be banned. Who is listening anyway? It's all about money.

Only a miracle can save this country!

Thanks for your poems and for your strong words. Everyone must speak up. It's the right thing to do.

If only people realised they are human beings and not animals, schools should start training girls in self-defense...Powerfully written!!

@Nishana, I hope it fills some sense into the senseless.

Thanks for the link, I'm aware of change.org too! :)

@Reshma
Yeah, high time!

@All
Personally, I think education should start from home. Parents should teach their sons how to respect women/ girls. Every crime and the causing mind-set starts from a society's culture and values.

I would like to quote, "Don't tell your daughters to go out, ask your sons to behave properly."

So that no mother should fear that she gave birth to a girl!

The whole nation has failed today!

How horribly sad -- how horribly painful -- thank you for speaking up by means of your poetry.
