Gone

She ran and ran away. From her past, from the trauma of her childhood, from everyone who caused it and from the place that reminded of it. She had always been running, finding nowhere to run. She always had a feeling that Gods laughed every time she wanted to run away. And this time the feeling chased her till the boundary. She gave a last glance towards her past and soon she was gone. Finally, the Gods had granted her a relieving escape.

Aren't we all running?
Glad that she finally found respite.
Hope we don't carry this birth's regrets to the next. Thank God for that :)
Nicely expressed.
