You own or your own

painting by David Ligare

One man's dream
Another man's luxury
Bread, wine and cream
Someone's domestic drudgery.

What one man can eat,
Another man can waste.
One can feast on meat
Another can barely taste.

As much as I hate to say
Money controls a man.
Deny the fact you may,
But have more, when you can.

There us much wisdom contained in these lines.

Same with writing, S.B. What we might be so very proud of is 'boring' for others. And what we feel we didn't get across is lauded and sometimes cried over by the reader(s). As they say in Hawaii, "Hang tight." This one of yours rings loud and true with me.

Simple bread and wine is not always what it seems. Life is as varied as the people who live it.
